Q: What personalization options do I have?
A: Nearly every item in the “Chic & Personal” Collection can be customized with a single line of text (up to 20 characters) in multiple font choices. Just fill out the “Personalization” field on the product page.
Q: What if my personalization has a typo?
A: Double-check your spelling before checkout! We’ll print exactly what you enter. If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately—if production hasn’t begun we’ll correct it at no extra charge.
Q: Can I request a custom order?
A: Absolutely! We love bringing your unique ideas to life. If you’d like something outside our standard offerings—different colors, sizes, multiple lines of personalization, or a completely new design—please reach out via our Contact page or email us at tresorvaleur@gmail.com. We’ll discuss your vision, turnaround time, and any additional costs before you place your order.
Q: Why might my product look slightly different than expected?
A: Because our items are custom printed, small variations in print placement, alignment, or color may occur. These aren’t defects — they’re part
of what makes each item unique!
Q: What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
A: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing issue, contact us within 7 days with photos. We’ll make
it right with either a replacement or a refund.
Q: How long does it take to get my order?
A: Each product is made-to-order. Please allow 2–5 business days for production,
plus shipping time. Standard delivery usually takes 5–10 business days
after production.
Q: How much is shipping?
A: Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the item, weight, and destination.
Sometimes we offer free shipping promotions, so keep an eye out!
Q: How do I track my order?
A: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info.
Please allow 24 hours for the tracking link to update.
Q: Can my order be expedited?
A: We do offer expedited production on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us before placing your order, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you (additional fees may apply).
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes—we ship worldwide! International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by their country.
Q: What is your returns & exchange policy?
A: Because every piece is custom-printed for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless:
- The item arrives damaged or defective,
- We misprinted your personalization.
If that happens, just message us with photos and order details, and we’ll replace or refund the item right away.
Q: What happens if my package is returned to you?
A: If your package comes back to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you’ll need to cover reshipment costs.
